<p>A little personal discipline will do everyone some good. Depression makes people do a lot of things they would never thing about during good times, because things get so bad, they just give up. The choice is yours, to find things of beauty to admire and enjoy, such as the living things around you, which will elevate your mood. The proper journey to mental and emotional health can start with these tips.
