Lastly, you should remember that your body needs to rest and that it can’t work 24/7. You should sleep at least 8 hours each day and go on vacation ideally at least two times a year for at least one to two weeks.
Keep in mind that when you’re physically exhausted, your immune system is getting weaker and weaker. It’s very important to remember to recharge your batteries by sleeping enough and taking some time off (to focus on things that you love and forget about everything else).
