Furthermore, to avoid joint pain, look at how you're using your joints. Is there a position or incessant movement that puts extra stress on your painful joint?

For muscle aches, make efforts to stretch softly after exercise and the days between. Warm up gently in the morning and then stretch. Actually pay atention and count to 20 for each stretch. Stretch to the limit though not beyond. Breath into the stretch by focusing your attention on you breating.
